摘要
借助三维软件Solidworks建立了棒料挤压模型,使用Deform 3D数值模拟软件对棒材在一定挤压速度和预热温度下进行热力耦合的挤压过程模拟,获得了变形材料的应变场、应力场、温度场、速度场和挤压力的变化规律。仿真结果表明:Deform 3D有限元软件能准确地计算出挤压过程中型材热力学参数,这些参数为模具和挤压工艺设计提供了科学根据。
The extrusion model of bar was established by Solidworks and the numerical simulation of bars' extrusion process were made in a certain extrusion speed and preheating temperature using Deform 3D. The material strain field,stress field,temperature field,velocity field and extrusion force were obtained. The simulation results show that the thermodynamic parameters can be calculated accurately by Deform in the extrusion process,which can provide a scientific basis for die and extrusion process design.
