摘要 建立了茶叶中多环芳烃的恒能量同步荧光测定法。茶叶样品经V(正己烷)∶V(二氯甲烷)=1∶1超声波提取、硅胶柱净化后,以恒能量同步荧光法对其所含的多环芳烃进行定量分析,多环芳烃(PAHs)的回收率范围为:78.23%~88.17%,相对标准偏差为:0.98%~1.68%。该方法具有灵敏度高、准确度好、能同时分离PAHs的优点,适合于茶叶中多环芳烃的分析测定。 A method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons( PAHs) in tea by constant-energy synchronous fluorimetry has been established. The samples were first extracted ultrasonically with 1: 1( v / v) hexane / methylene chloride and then cleaned up by the columns of neutral silica gel. Then the PAHs in the samples were separated and quantified by the proposed method. The recovery rates of the method ranged from 78. 23% to 88. 17% and the relative standard deviations were 0. 98%- 1.68%. The method is sensitive,accurate and suitable to determinate PAHs in tea.
