波浪能间隙密封液压缸性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 密封圈的寿命影响整个液压缸的工作寿命,从而影响以液压能为转换形式的波浪能发电的发展。本文根据环形间隙润滑与密封机理,提出一种新型端头密封和活塞密封的方法。考虑到狭小间隙内近壁面剪切应力的影响,建立了环形间隙流场数学模型,以求解间隙密封液压缸的泄漏量、功率损失、摩擦力为目标。数值模拟与实验分析的结果表明该间隙密封方法能够提高高频动作液压缸的工作寿命和效率。 The life of the sealing ring affects the whole life of the hydraulic cylinder, and then affects the development ofwave energy power generation in the form of hydraulic pressure energy convert. In this paper, a new kind of end seal andpiston seal method was put forwarded based on the mechanism of annular gap lubrication and sealing. Considering theeffects of shear stress on the near wall of the narrow gap, annular gap flow field mathematical model was established withgoals of solving the leakage, power, and friction of gap sealing hydraulic cylinder. Results of experimental analysis andnumerical solution show that the method of clearance seal could improve the working life and the efficiency of thehydraulic cylinder which working in high frequency.
