密切值法和综合指数法对某市的6家县妇幼保健院实验室质量的综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation for laboratory quality of six country Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital withosculating value method and comprehensive index method

目的 对某市的6家县级妇幼保健院临床实验室的检验质量进行综合评价.方法 根据德尔菲法选择6家县级妇幼保健院临床实验室统计报表中的11项质量指标作为评价指标,运用综合指数法和密切值法分别计算2015年度质量指标的综合指数和密切值.结果 两种综合评价方法对6家医院排序结果具有一致性,都是D实验室最佳,C实验室排名最后,而且综合指数与密切值高度相关,相关系数为0.975.结论在县级妇幼保健院实验室质量评价体系中,这两种评价方法都都能准确客观地反映实验室的质量情况,为促进检验质量的提高及今后实验室的建设提供客观依据.

Objective To comparative evaluation for laboratory quality of six country maternity and child healthcare hospital. Methods 11quality index of Clinical laboratory in six country maternity and child healthcare hospital were select based on delphi method as evaluation index. Thencomprehensive index and osculating value of 2015quality index were calculated with comprehensive index method and osculating value method. ResultsSort result of six hospital were consistent of two comprehensive evaluation methods （laboratory D ranking in best and laboratory C ranking in the end）,and comprehensive index were highly correlated with osculating value （the correlation coefficient were 0.975）. Conclusion Two evaluation methodscould accurately and objectively reflect laboratory quality in country maternity and child healthcare hospital and might provide objective basis forimprovement of testing quality and construction of laboratory.
