The disinfection and filling effects comparison between Vitapex paste and other different root materials inperiapical periodontitis therapy

目的 比较Vitapex等几种根管材料在根尖周炎患者根管消毒和充填中的效果.方法 450颗根尖周炎患牙分为两组,一组以Vitapex糊剂,氢氧化钙糊剂,樟脑苯酚行根管消毒实验,另一组分别以Vitapex糊剂和普通根管充填糊剂充填,比较Vitapex糊剂与其他材料的消毒和充填效果.结果 根管消毒组中Vitapex糊剂组,氢氧化钙糊剂组和樟脑苯酚组的有效率为90%, 71.25%和73.75%,Ridit分析组间差异有统计学意义（p〈0.05）, Vitapex组优于氢氧化钙糊剂组和樟脑苯酚组,根管充填组Vitapex糊剂组充填术后随访1个月,6个月,24个月的有效率分别为95.37%,97.22%,98.14%,而普通根管充填糊剂组有效率为76.47%, 85.29%,88.23%, Vitapex组骨密度增长值为10.12±2.61mm,普通根管充填糊剂为7.89±1.71mm,比较两组充填效果有统计学差异（p〈0.05）,Vitapex糊剂优于普通根管充填糊剂.结论 Vitapex糊剂的消毒效果优于氢氧化钙糊剂和樟脑苯酚,其充填效果优于普通根管充填糊剂.

Objective To compare the effect of different root material including Vitapex paste in patients with periapical periodontitis on rootcanal disinfection and filling .Methods 450 teeth with periapical periodontitis were divided into two groups.One group was treated with Vitapex pese ,Calcium hydroxide pase and camphor phenol for root canal disinfection experiment,the other were treated with Vitapex paste and common root canalfilling paste for filling postoperatively,and compare disinfection and filling effect of Vitapex paste with other materials.Results In root canaldisinfection group, the effective rate of Vitapex group, Calcium hydroxide paste group and camphor phenol group were 90%,71.25% and 73.75%.Thestatistical difference existed between the three groups（p〈0.05）and Vitapex was superior to the others by Ridit analysis. In root canal filling group,theefficient rate of Vitapex paste was 95.37%, 97.22%, 98.14% follow-up of 1 month, 6 months, 12 months postoperatively,while the rate of common rootcanal filling paste group was 95.37%,97.22%,98.14% respectively. The bone mineral density increased by 10.12±2.61mm in Vitapex group, and 7.89±1.71mm in common root canal filling paste group, the difference was statistically significant.（p〈0.05）.Conclusion The disinfection effect of Vitapexpaste group was superior to Calcium hydroxide paste and camphor phenol and it’s filling effect was better than common root canal filling paste group .
