关于来氟米特治疗强直性脊柱炎伴周围关节炎的研究

摘要 目的 观察来氟米特治疗强直性脊柱炎伴周围关节炎的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考.方法 选择我院在2015年2月~9月收治的强直性脊柱炎伴周围关节炎的患者55例进行分析,全部采用来氟米特治疗,比较患者治疗前和治疗三个月的评价指标评分情况,主要有Bath强直性脊柱炎活动指数评分和Bath强直性脊柱炎测量指数评分.结果 治疗后的评分好于治疗前（P〈0.05）.结论 采用来氟米特治疗强直性脊柱炎伴周围关节炎有着很好的效果,治疗副作用少,安全性高,临床治疗意义积极.
