改良微创手术治疗腋臭68例的临床分析

目的 探讨腋臭采用改良微创手术治疗临床效果.方法 2011年1月～2015年1月,对我院皮肤科收治的68例腋臭患者136侧腋窝采用改良微创手术治疗,方法为顺腋皱襞长1.5cm切口,剪除术区范围包含大汗腺在内的一定厚度皮下组织,冲洗后放置橡皮引流条在两侧切口处引流,内衬凡士林纱布,腋窝创面处填塞湿厚敷料,外用弹力自粘绷带加压包扎.结果 术后随访6～12个月,136侧腋部中126侧气味消除效果好,10侧为一般,0 个为差.治愈率为92.6%;有效7.4%,总有效率为100%.所有患者术后效果满意.无皮肤坏死及皮下血肿.无明显腋毛残留,瘢痕不明显,切口均愈合.结论 针对临床收治的腋臭患者,采用改良微创手术治疗,可消除症状,防范复发事件,对保障患者生活质量意义显著,有较高推广应用价值.

Objective to study the armpits improved minimally invasive surgery clinical effect. Methods from January 2011 to January 2015,with 68 of 68 patients with bromhidrosis admitted in our hospital dermatologist side armpit improved minimally invasive surgery, methods for suitableaxillary fold 1.5 cm long incision, cut off the area range a certain thickness of subcutaneous tissue, including big sweat glands flush after placed rubberdrainage drainage in on both sides of the slit, lined with vaseline gauze, axillary wounds in thick filling wet dressing, external use elastic adhesivebandage compression bandage. Results postoperative follow-up 6 ~ 12 months, the 136 side axillary department in 126 side odor elimination effect isgood, 10 side for general, zero for the poor. The cure rate is 92.6%; Effective 7.4%, total effective rate was 100%. All patients with postoperativesatisfaction effect. No skin necrosis and subcutaneous hematoma. No armpit hair residue, no obvious scar, incision healing. Conclusion according toclinical patients armpits, using the improved minimally invasive surgery treatment, can eliminate symptoms, prevent recurrence and significant meaningto safeguard patients quality of life, has higher application value.
