摘要
本文报告1例0.4cm直径的乙状结肠小息肉,电凝切除术后20小时并发小动脉破裂出血、休克,经急诊肠镜明确诊断,镜下使用金属夹联合110000肾上腺素盐水注射成功止血.
One case of arterial bleeding with shock after electrocoagulation 20 hours from 0.4cm in diameter of the sigmoid colon polypus werereported. Diagnosed by emergency colon endoscopy and hemostatic successfully by using metal clips combined with 110000 adrenalin saline injection.
