胫骨近端骨折应用专家级髓内钉微创技术的疗效分析

摘要 目的 总结专家级胫骨髓内钉应用微创技术在胫骨近端骨折的疗效及并发症.方法 本院于2010年-2014年采用专家级髓内钉微创技术治疗胫骨近端骨折38例,男性22例,女性16例.结果 术后6-12个月随访,均骨性愈合,无感染、不愈合、骨不连等并发症.结论胫骨近端骨折应用微创技术专家级髓内钉固定,创伤小、恢复快、骨折愈合率高,操作相对简单,疗效可靠,可做为治疗胫骨近端骨折的常规使用方法.
