呼吸机治疗急性重症左心衰竭的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of ventilator in treatment of severe acute left heart failure

目的 研究并探讨应用呼吸机治疗急性重症左心衰竭的疗效.方法 于2013年1月~2015年1月,随机选取100例急性左心衰竭患者进行研究,采取数字抽签法进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组各50例.对照组施行常规治疗,观察组施行常规治疗＋呼吸机治疗,对比治疗前、后两组患者的心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度以及左心射血分数.结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度以及左心射血分数均得到显著的改善（P〈0.05）,但观察组患者的改善程度较之对照组更加显著（P〈0.05）.结论 应用呼吸机辅助治疗急性重症左心衰竭具有显著的效果,可有效改善患者的左心功能,纠正低氧血症.

Objective To study the curative effect and to explore the application of ventilator in treatment of severe acute left heart failure.Methods in January 2013 January ~2015, randomly selected 100 patients with acute left heart failure patients were studied using digital drawingmethod were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 50 cases. The control group received routine treatment, the observation groupreceived routine therapy ＋ ventilator treatment, compared two groups before and after treatment in patients with heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygensaturation and left ventricular ejection fraction. Results compared with before treatment, after treatment of two groups of patients with heart rate,respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation and left heart ejection fraction were significantly improved （P 〈 0.05） was observed, but the group of patientswith improved than those of the control group is more significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the application of ventilator therapy has a significant effect onsevere acute left heart failure, can effectively improve the left heart function of patients, correct hypoxemia.
