精细化护理干预对重症低钾血症患者急诊救治的效果

Elaborating the nursing intervention in patients with severe hypokalemia emergency treatment effect

目的 探究分析精细化护理干预对重症低钾血症患者急诊救治的临床效果.方法 随机选取我院在2013年12月~2014年12月期间收治的200例重症低钾血症患者为研究对象,并将其分为实验组100例和对照组100例,其中对照组患者采用常规护理干预,实验组患者在常规护理干预的基础上增加精细化护理干预,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果和护理满意度.结果 治疗后,两组患者的低血钾血症均有所改善,实验组患者的护理满意度（98%）显著高于对照组（81%）,两组对比差异具有统计学意义（p〈0.05）.结论 精细化护理干预对急诊科重症低血钾症具有显著的治疗效果,能够明显改善低血钾症患者的不良情绪.

Objective To explore the analysis of fine nursing intervention in patients with severe hypokalemia clinical effect ofemergency care. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital in the December 2013 ~ December 2014 admitted during the period of 95 casesof severe hypokalemia patients as the research object, and 47 cases, 48 cases were divided into experimental group and the control group in thecontrol group were treated by routine nursing intervention, the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing intervention in patientswith increase of fine nursing intervention, the comparison and analysis the curative effect of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction.Results After treatment, two groups of hypokalemia in patients with anemia were improved, experimental group patients satisfaction withnursing care （98%） is significantly higher than control group （81%）, compared the two groups statistically significant difference （p 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Fine nursing intervention to the emergency department with severe hypokalemia disease has significant therapeutic effect, canobviously improve the sufferer hypokalemia of undesirable mood.
