摘要
职业教育校企合作的非正式制度是指在长期的历史实践中形成的促进或制约职业教育校企合作的价值信念、文化传统、伦理规范、风俗习性、意识形态等。我国职业教育校企合作非正式制度缺乏,其原因在于政府、企业和学生三方参与动力不足且存在有限理性。推进和完善我国职业教育校企合作非正式制度,其前提是寻找到包括价值观和围绕价值观推进文化理解和认同的一整套逻辑,包括在正式制度中明确职业教育校企合作的性质与边界,构建校企合作实践育人的文化理解机制、职业教育校企合作文化宣传机制,完善职业教育校企合作外部制度环境。
The informal institution of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education indicates the value belief, traditional culture, ethics, customs, habits, ideological formed in the long history of vocational education that can promote or restrict school-enterprise cooperation. The informal system for school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education in China is lack because of the shortage of participation power of government, enterprises and students and the existence of limited rationality. To promote and improve schoolenterprise cooperation of vocational education, the premise is looking to promote cultural understanding and recognition of a set of logic including and surrounding the values, including the construction of cultural understanding mechanism, cultural propaganda mechanism, China's outstanding traditional culture inheritance mechanism and improvement of external institutional environment for schoolenterprise cooperation.
