摘要 城乡一体化进程中,地方本科高校开展校地合作可以发挥高校的人才培养优势、社会服务优势、科技创新优势与文化传承优势,促进区域社会人才战略的实施、产业结构调整和文化资源整合。高校在城乡一体化进程中开展校地互动战略还面临着观念、制度、机制、权力和能力因素的制约,因此要明确责任、健全机制、搭建平台,不断发挥校地互动在促进城乡一体化进程中的作用。 In the process of urban-rural integration, there is specific and profound connotation for the institution-locality cooperation, which can exert the advantages of college talent cultivation, social services, scientific and technological innovation and cultural inheritance, as well as promote the implementation of regional social talent strategy, adjustment of industrial structure, and cultural resources integration. At present, local colleges and universities also restricted by various factors including concept, system, mechanism, power and ability when applying the interactive strategy during the process of urban-rural integration. As a result, it is necessary for colleges and universities to have a clear responsibility, sound mechanism, solid platform, so as to constantly play an important role in the urban-rural integration process.
