中国传统村落空间发展经验与省思——基于台湾村落空间发展

Experience and Reflections in China Tradition Settlement Space Development, Based On Taiwan Settlement Space Development

由于村落空间规划设计理论与经验的缺失,令原本赋有深厚文化底蕴的乡村空间成为城市的发展备用地。而在国际实证经验上,村落空间的有效规划、引导能为地区文化甚至第三产业的发展提供机会。并在保留传统村落风貌的同时,有效应用乡村资源。文章通过探讨台湾村落空间价值及发展经验的基础上,来检视当下传统村落空间发展所产生的问题与危机,并讨论空间再发展之更新方法。

Due to the lack of settlement space planning and design theory and experience, let the village space endowed with a profound cultural background turn into the city＇s development land bank. Then above international empirical experience, the validity planning, or guide the settlement space can provides opportunities for regional cultures even the development of tertiary industry. And retain the traditional settlement feature while effective application of the rural resources. This study tried to based on discuss the value of settlement space and development experience in Taiwan, to review our problems and crisis generated by traditional settlement space development, and discuss a method to update the settlement space redevelopment.
