摘要
现代学徒制是我国职业教育试点改革的重要模式,呈现出利益相关者多元化、治理结构三元化、办学机制市场化、技术技能培训系统化等特征。高职学生学习效能感是影响高职人才培养质量的内因,将现代学徒制与高职学生学习效能感合并研究,探索两者之间的耦合性,能够有效地提升高职学生培养质量,也有利于现代学徒制的试点与推广。
Modern apprenticeship is an important pattern for pilot reform of vocational education in China, presenting the characteristics of the stakeholders diverse, the governance structure ternary, the school-running mechanism market-oriented and the technology skills training systematized. Higher vocational students' learning efficacy is the internal cause of affecting the quality of higher vocational talents training. To research modern apprenticeship and higher vocational students' learning efficacy as a whole and explore the coupling between the two, effectively improving the quality of higher vocational students, but also to the pilot and promotion of modern apprenticeships.
