司法警官职业院校在当前新的历史时期还面临着一些困境和需要解决的问题,如普通高职教育与法律职业要求的矛盾、行业办学与管理体制的多样性及办学活力偏弱问题、办学规模和办学目标与行业准入之间的矛盾、办学理念相对滞后,教育改革推进迟缓,教学绩效考核和激励机制设计不够科学等。要完善高职院校人才培养工作评估指标体系,建立科学管理机制,规范司法警官职业岗位人员录用机制,加强队伍建设,全面深化教学改革。

Judicial Police Vocational Colleges in the new historical period of time faces some difficulties and problems to be solved, such as the contradiction between ordinary higher vocational education and the legal professions, the diversity of industry-running school and management system and the inhibitory school-running ideas, education reform promoting slowly, teaching performance evaluation and incentive mechanism design is not scientific enough, etc. Thus, it is necessary to perfect the appraisal index system for talents cultivating of higher vocational colleges, establish the scientific management mechanism, standard the recruitment system for justice officers, enhance the construction of talent team, and deepen the teaching reform in an all-round way.
