富硒茶树菇的硒提取工艺及抗疲劳效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨富硒茶树菇中硒的提取工艺以及抗疲劳功效,通过单因素试验确定富硒茶树菇中硒的提取工艺:提取次数2次,提取时间7 h,碱液浓度0.075 mol/L,提取温度60℃,料液比1∶20(g/m L)。在此基础上,根据BoxBenhnken的中心组合试验设计原理,在单因素试验的基础上采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,根据回归分析确定各工艺的影响因子,以提取所得硒含量为响应值作响应面和等值线图,确定富硒茶树菇中硒的最佳提取工艺条件为:碱液浓度为0.073 mol/L,提取时间为6.91 h,提取料液比为1∶24.9(g/m L),在此工艺基础上,预测茶树菇的硒含量为22.82μg/g。此外,对含硒溶液的抗疲劳作用进行了研究,得到结果:硒能显著提高小鼠的生命力,增强其耐力,延迟感觉疲劳的时间。 In order to study the extraction process of selenium in Se-enriched Agrocybe cylindracea and antifatigue effect. The experiment determined the extraction process of Se in Se-enriched Agrocybe cylindracea by a single factor: extraction times was 2, extraction time was 7 h, lye solution was 0.075 mol/L, extraction temperature was 60 ℃, and a solid-to-solvent ratio was 1 ∶ 20(g/m L). Based on a single factor test using three factors and three levels of response surface analysis to determine the impact of each factor based process regression analysis to extract the resulting value for the selenium content of the response and the response surface contour map, to determine the optimum extraction conditions of Se in selenium Agrocybe cylindracea which the lye solution was 0.073 mol/L with a solid-to-solvent ratio was 1 ∶ 24.9(g/m L) for 6.91 h. The maximum predicted the selenium content under the optimized conditions was 22.82 μg/g. In addition, anti-fatigue effect of selenium solution were studied which showed the results: selenium could significantly improve the vitality of mice, enhanced its endurance, delayed time of feeling tired.
