摘要
二氧化碳压缩机是年产76万吨尿素装置的核心设备,2012年机组高压缸运行很不稳定,共经历5次抢修。通过机组状态监测系统System1数据采集与分析,结合机组的运行维护状况,分析高压缸轴瓦异常磨损的根本原因,制定整改方案并实施,解决机组运行中的故障问题。
CO2 compressor as the critical equipment in a urea plant was running under unstable condition in 2012, and repaired for five (5) times. Data collection and analysis from status monitoring system System 1 and analysis of operation and maintenance situation helped to find the reasons of abnormal wear of high pressure cylinder bearing bush. Modification scheme was presented to solve the failures.
