摘要
镇海炼化炼油Ⅰ循环水系统采用二氧化氯+次氯酸钠复合杀菌方式,通过现场应用证明杀菌效果良好,能取代氯气杀菌。新方案能有效降低因杀菌带入循环水系统的氯离子浓度,有利于减缓设备腐蚀和进一步提高系统运行浓缩倍数。
In order to realize intrinsic safety, a suitable sterilization scheme of displacing chlorine with CI02+NaCIO compound is used in a cooling water system in a refining plant. Local application proved that the sterilization effect is excellent. The new scheme can effectively reduce the chloride ion in the circulating water system, reduce the equipment corrosion and further improve concentration.
