摘要
合成回路中新增1套弛放气系统,针对运行中出现的问题,进行相应改造和系统优化,既降低合成回路惰性气体含量,稳定合成回路系统压力及合成塔床层温度,又实现回收氨水综合利用于烟气脱硫,效果良好。
A purging gas system was added in synthetic loop. For the problems in the operation, corresponding modification and system optimization are carried out, which not only reduced inert gas content in synthetic loop, but also stabilized the pressure of synthetic loop and the temperature of synthetic tower, meanwhile achieving ammonia water recovery for reutilization in flue gas desulfurization.
