摘要
介绍合成氨装置刺刀管式第一废热锅炉炉管爆裂情况,从炉管宏观形态、微观检测、工艺运行和水质管理等方面分析其爆裂原因,提出相应预防措施。
The tube burst in a bayonet waste heat boiler in an ammonia plant was described. Causes for the burst were analyzed from the aspects of macro morphology, micro inspection, process operation and water quality supervision. Corresponding measures were also proposed.
