摘要
耙料机在行走过程中常出现主、副耙偏移,导致报警停机,需要人工纠偏,消除报警;耙臂升降过程中可能发生误碰撞,造成耙臂的耙板破损,影响耙料机正常运行。通过应用绝对值位置编码器、变频器和PLC的相互配合进行改造,达到对主、副耙自动纠偏和耙臂防碰撞的目的,实施后效果显著。
In the walking process of rake feeder, primary and vice rake often appeared excursion, resulting in giving an alarm and machine halt, which need human intervention to rectify a deviation and eliminate the alarm. During drag arm lifting process, collision often appeared, which will make rake plate damaged and influence the normal operation of rake feeder. This transformation applied absolute encoder, frequency converter and PLC to cooperate. It will automatically rectify a deviation and prevent collision. According to practice, this transformation has a significant effect.
