摘要
壳寡糖是目前自然界发现的唯一带正电荷的天然寡糖,水溶性好,无毒有良好的生物相容性,具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎止血、调节免疫等多种生物活性。
Chitooligosaccharide which is found to be the only positively charged natural sugar possess various properties such as water-solubility, biocompatibility, and non-toxicity. It exhibits some special bioactivities including antimicrobial, antioxidant,antitumor,anti-infiammatory and immunity modulatory effects.
