摘要
经口给予小鼠(Balb/c)1.67g/kg.bw、3.33g/kg.bw和5.00g/kg.bw剂量(分别相当于推荐日服用剂量的10倍、20倍和30倍)胶原蛋白粉30天后进行测试。在小鼠碳廓清试验中,1.67g/kg.bw剂量组和3.33g/kg.bw剂量组分别与对照组小鼠相比,其吞噬指数a均有显著性差异。在小鼠NK细胞活性实验中,3.33g/kg.bw剂量组和5.00g/kg.bw剂量组分别与对照组相比,其NK细胞活性率均有显著性差异。根据评价标准可认为胶原蛋白粉具有增强免疫力功能。
Three different doses of bone collagen peptide ( 1.67g/kg. bw,3.33g/kg, bw and 5.00g/kg. bw) was oral injected to rats,took the test after 30 days. In the mice carbon clearance test, 1.67g/kg. bw and 3.33g/kg. bw dose group compared with control group, both the phagocytic index a showed significant differences. In the mice NK cell activity test,3.33g/kg, hw and 5.00g/kg. bw dose group compared with control group,both the NK cell activity rate show significant differences. According to the evaluation criteria,the bone collagen peptide can enhance immune function.
