摘要
通过对职业技能大赛赛场指导教师熟面孔现象的剖析,提出当前高职院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题,结合芜湖职业技术学院数控技术省级教学团队的建设方案,为加强师资队伍培养,解决高职师资队伍专业能力发展不平衡的现象提供一种可供参考的解决措施。
Through analysis on the phenomenon of familiar faces among the teachers directing teams participating in the professional skills contest field, some problems existing in the current teaching staff construction in higher vocational institutes. Combining with the provincial-level teaching staff construction scheme for numerical control technology in Wuhu Institute of Technology, a referable countermeasure was put forward in order to strengthen the teaching team training and balance the unevenness in the development of higher vocational teachers' professional ability.
