从分析利用前置服务工作模式的内涵及其对于高校特色档案管理的意义入手,通过查找当前高校特色档案管理存在的主要问题,提出高校特色档案管理应该突破原有封闭被动的管理模式,主动围绕"提供利用",从四个方面做好前置服务模式下的高校特色档案管理工作。

Beginning with analysis on the connotation of Pre-service Mode and its significance to characteristic archives management in universities and colleges, by looking for the main problems, the idea was posed that the archives management ought to break through its former passive operational mode and do well in characteristic archives management in universities and colleges on the Pre-service Mode by actively centering on ＂for reference and utilization＂.
