摘要
分析"微时代"大学生思想教育面临的机遇和挑战,并从建好"微队伍",增强"微能力";占领"微阵地",加强"微教育";创新"微手段",搞好"微协作";唱响"微旋律",形成"微机制"这四个方面对大学生思想教育工作进行创新。
College ideological education teachers should analyze the opportunities and challenges to ideological education for college students in Mic--era as to build a mic--team, improve mic--competency, grasp mic--position and talc-- education, and upgrade mic--means, grasp mic--cooperation and sing the main song of mic--melody so as to build talc-- mechanism with the hope of improve the work.
