Legal Means to Deal With Group Events

目前中国社会社会风险因素极大增加,群体性事件时有发生,严重影响了经济发展和社会稳定,给社会大众带来不安全感。法治是防范和化解群体性事件的根本途径,而实践中的理念和做法往往偏离轨道。因此,我国应运用法治思维和法治方式处理群体性事件,完善利益表达机制和相关法律体系,提高政府治理能力,妥善处理群体性事件。

Now the social risk factors in China society are increasing so that some group events take place, badly influencing economy development and social stability and bringing unrest to the masses. Rule by law is the basic way to prevent and deal with group events, while there are some errors in practice. Therefore, China should make use of rule by law and legal means to settle group events, complete interest expression mechanism and relevant laws as to improve government＇s ruling competency and better settle group events.
