摘要
在分析创业教育、创业能力内涵的基础上,以生物技术及应用专业为例,从人才培养方案、课程体系、教学改革、师资队伍、实践基地、教学评价等方面指出了高职学生创业能力培养的途径,构建了"基于递进层次的以创业知识传授和创业启蒙教育为基础,以创业思维开发和创业技能培养为主体,以园艺作物生产与繁育创业实践为导向"的培养模式。
Cultivating of entrepreneurial talents is the need of knowledge economy and alleviating the employment pressure of college graduates. This paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the curriculum reform. Taking the course “Edible Fungi Cultivation technology” as an example, the teaching reform of professional courses based on entrepreneurial-oriented in higher vocational colleges was discussed, and then the way of culturing students entrepreneurial ability in vocational college was explored.
