多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎联合消痔灵注射术治疗老年Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔临床疗效

Doppler Guided Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation plus Xiaozhiling Injection in the Treatment of SenileⅠ , ⅡStage Internal Hemorrhoids

为探讨多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎联合消痔灵注射术治疗老年Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔的临床疗效，将81例老年Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔患者随机分为治疗组（41例）和对照组（40例），治疗组行多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎联合消痔灵注射术，对照组行内痔套扎术，对比两组患者术后并发症改善情况、手术相关指标及生活质量评分。结果显示，术后14d。治疗组治愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组，P〈0．05；而且治疗组在改善术后便血、尿潴留、肛门坠胀感症状及生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精力、社会功能、精神健康评分，以及减少住院时间方面，均明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎联合消痔灵注射治疗老年Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔疗效确切，术后并发症少，患者恢复快，生活质量高，值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Doppler guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation plus Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of senile Ⅰ , Ⅱ stage internal hemorrhoids.The 81 senile patients with Ⅰ , Ⅱ stage internal hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group （41 cases） and control group（40 cases）;the former received above combined therapy, while the latter alone ligation for internal hemorrhoids, then, the improved status of postoperative complications, the score ratings on the relevant indexes of operation as well the quality of life were compared between both groups.As results,14 d after operation the curative rage and total effective rate of the former were significantly higher than that of the latter （ P 〈0.05）, also,in the improved status on postoperative hematochezia, uroschesis and tenesmus sensation of anus, as well as the score ratings on physical function, body pain, health situation, stamina, social ability, mental health, as well short hospitalization time the former was all significantly superior to the latter （ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above-mentioned combined therapy for senile I , Ⅱ stage internal hemorrhoids has determined effect, less postoperative complication, faster recovery, and higher quality of life, thus it is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
