早产儿液体配方奶对极低/超低出生体重儿生后早期生长发育的影响

Effect of liquid milk formula on early growth and development of infants with very low/very low birth weight infants

目的观察并分析在极低/超低出生体重早产儿中使用早产儿液体配方奶的效果,重点分析对其生长发育的具体影响。方法选取100例极低/超低出生体重儿,依据喂养方法的不同将其列入观察组和对照组,每组各为50例。观察组应用早产儿液体配方奶,对照组应用普通早产儿配方奶粉。结果两组恢复至出生体重的时间、静脉营养的使用时间、喂养耐受时间以及并发症的发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在极低/超低出生体重早产儿中使用低出生体重儿液体配方奶的效果显著,可推广。

Objective： To observe and analyze the effect of the liquid milk formula in premature infants with very low /low birth weight. Methods： 100 cases of extremely low / ultra- low birth weight infants were included in the observation group and the control group according to the different feeding methods,50 cases in each group. The observation group was used in the liquid formulation of premature infants,and the control group was applied to the formula milk powder. Results：the two groups recovered to the time of birth weight,the use of intravenous nutrition,feeding tolerance time and the incidence of complications were compared,the difference was statistically significant（ P = 0. 05）. Conclusion： the effect of low birth weight infant liquid milk formula in the extremely low / ultra- low birth weight premature infants can be promoted.
