高速涡轮仰角钻辅助拔除下颌低位阻生智齿的临床应用体会

The clinical application experience of removal the mandibular impacted wisdom teeth low by high speed turbine drill elevation

目的观察高速涡轮仰角钻辅助拔除下颌低位阻生智齿的临床效果。方法选取275例需要拔除下颌低位阻生智齿的病例。随机分为两组,观察组:采用高速涡轮仰角钻辅助拔除患牙。对照组:采用传统的劈凿法拔除患牙。记录手术时间,患者的主观感受和术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间和术后并发症均明显少于对照组;观察组患者痛苦感觉、并发症少。结论使用高速涡轮仰角钻辅助拔除下颌低位阻生齿,可以提高手术效率,减少术后并发症及患者痛苦,患者容易接受,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the high- speed turbine drill elevation auxiliary remoal of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth low clinical effect. Methods： Select 275 cases need remoal of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth of low. Were randomly divided into two groups： observation group： using high speed turbine drill elevation auxiliary pulling teeth. Control group： the traditional method of splitting chisel pulling teeth. Record the operation time,the patient＇s subjective feeling and postoperative complications. Results： The observation group operation time and postoperative complications were significantly less than the control group; Observation group feel pain,fewer complications. Conclusion： Using high speed turbine elevation drilling out auxiliary mandible dentition low resistance,can significantly improve the efficiency of the operation,reduce postoperative complications and pain patients,patients are easy to accept,worth clinical promotion.
