摘要
适体是一类体外筛选的RNA或DNA寡核苷酸片段,其可与目标分子高效、高特异性亲合。与抗体相比,适体具有独特的优点-耙分子范围广,适体可以与低分子量的有机或无机物质以及大分子(如酶、蛋白质)等多种目标物质进行特异性结合。该文基于电致化学发光适体传感器的近期进展作简要评述,包括适体概述以及几大类电化学适体传感器的构造、方法原理等内容。
Aptamers are DNA or RNA oligonucleotides selected in vitro that can bind their target with high affinity and high specificity. Their specificity is comparable and in certain case even higher than those of antibodies.Aptamers can selectively bind to low-molecular-weight organic or inorganic substrates or to macromolecules such as proteins. In this view, we briefly summarize the recent progress of electrochemiluminescence aptasensors, involving introduction of aptamer and the main aptasensors about their configuration and some detection technologies.
