在以互联网为核心的现代信息传播技术条件下,新媒体蓬勃发展给高校突发事件应对工作带来了新的机遇与挑战。当突发事件发生时,可能会出现网络舆情多元化及群体的认知、态度和行为心理易集中失控等情况。因此,在处置各类突发事件过程中,高校必须重视大学生网络舆情的应对研究,准确把握其特点和规律,及时防范和管控,掌握和采取切实有效的应对策略和方法,最大限度地降低突发事件所带来的破环性。

Under the condition of modern information communication technology with Internet as its core, the rapid development of new media has brought new opportunities and challenges to university emergency management. When unexpected events occur,some cases may happen. In the process of dealing with all kinds of emergencies, it is essential for universities to do the following：pay attention to the study of handling students＇ Internet public opinions; accurately grasp their characteristics and rules with timely prevention and control; master effective methods and take coping strategies; and minimize damages caused by emergencies.
