摘要
目前,许多大学生法律社团设立的初衷仅是类似于学习兴趣小组,阻碍了大学生法律社团的实践与发展。针对目前高校大学生法律社团存在诸多不足之处,应从加强专业领域的知识学习、多与各种机构合作、参与法律援助活动、加大对法律援助机构的成本投入、聘请长期的专业指导老师等方面加强高校大学生法律社团的实践,以促进其发展。
Currently, the purposes of many law associations in universities are to develop learning interests of students. Based on some problems, it is essential to strengthen the practice of these groups for their development from the following aspects：enhancing professional study; cooperating more with various institutions; participating in activities of legal aid; increasing cost inputs of legal aid institutions; and engaging long-term professional advisers, etc.
