法治教育融入高校思政课程体系的途径探讨

On Integrating Law-related Education with Ideological and Political Course System: Approaches

建设社会主义法治国家,以"法治话语"替代"权力话语",将法治教育融入高校思政课程体系显得十分必要和紧迫,其途径有:一是进行专题法治理念教学,全面系统地培养学生的法治意识和法律信仰;二是组织集体朗读宪法典仪式活动,形成对宪法的情感认同,培育青年大学生的宪法意识;三是加强法治社会实践教学,通过实践促进学生对法律知识和社会有序化具有更为清晰的思考和理解,以提高法治教育的实效。

For developing a socialist state governed by law, it is essential and urgent to replace ＂power discourse＂ with ＂law discourse＂, and to integrate Law Education into the system of Ideological and Political Course in universities with the following approaches： first, comprehensively and systematically cultivating students＇ law consciousness and belief with special subject teaching for the concept of law system; second, organizing ritual activities for group reading of the constitution and developing their constitutional awareness; third, strengthening practical teaching of laws for promoting students＇ law knowledge and social ordering through practice with better thinking and understanding so as to enhance the actual effects of Law-related Education.
