心脏微分阻抗法评价二种生脉口服制剂对陈旧性心肌梗塞心功能影响的临床研究

Application of Impedance Cardiography for the Estimation of Cardiac Function in the Patients with Prior Myocardial Infarction after Administration of Two Kinds of ShengMai Liquor

本文用心脏微分阻抗法评价了二种生脉口服制剂对22例陈旧性心肌梗塞左心功能的影响。其结果提示:二种生脉口服制剂均能显著改善左室收缩功能,但以生脉口服液为优。

Impedance cardiography was applicated to evaluate the left ventricuar function in 22 outpatients who had prior myocardial infarction(MI) after the short term of administration of Sh-engMai Liquor, We adopt the method of randomized single-blind and crossover clinical trial on the subject design. There were no significant contraindication during the administration of two drugs. The results showed that both of them can apparently improved left ventricu-lar systolic function, but ShengMai Fluid was better than ShengMai DrinK.
