本刊讯 近日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关於完善国家统一法律职业资格制度的意见》（以下简称《意见》）。《意见》贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中、四中全会精神，提出了完善国家统一法律职业资格制度的目标任务和重要举措，对於推进法治工作队伍正规化、专业化、职业化，为建设社会主义法治国家提供人才保障具有重要意义。
China Law Magazine, Reporter RuanJiaWen Recently, the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC and the General Office of the State Council issue the Opinion on Improving the National Qualification System of Legal Profession （hereinafter referred to as ＂the opinion＂）. The opinion carries out the sprits of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC and the 3rd Plenary Session and 4th Plenary Session of the 18th National People＇s Congress, and puts forward the tasks, purposes and important measures of improving the national qualification system of the legal profession. All these measures will be significant for promoting the normalization, specialization and professionalism of legal teams and providing talent guarantees for the consttuction of law-based govemment.
