“一带一路”战略，既是国家治理的重要举措，也是全球治理的重要组成部分。法治是人类文明的共同成果，广泛运用於各国治理和全球治理的实践之中。尽管各国对於法治内涵的认识存在着不小的差异，但对於法治在国家治理和全球治理中的效用却有一定共识。
The ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative, is not only an important measure to domestic governance, but also a crucial part to the global governance. Rule of Law, as an achievement of human civilization, has been applied to both domestic and global governance. Although the essence of the rule of law is interpreted differently from country to country, the benefits of rule of law on domestic and global governance are acknowledged by all.
