“一带一路”是当今中国最重要的发展战略。“丝绸之路经济带”和“海上丝绸之路”，两条经济带贯穿亚欧非大陆，涉及65个国家和地区，包括东亚4国，东南亚11国，南亚8国，西亚北非16国，独联体其他6国，中东欧16国和中亚5国。
1. The legal environment of the countries along the ＂Belt and Road＂
Now the ＂Belt and Road＂ is the most important initiative in China. ＂The Silk Road Economic Belt＂ and ＂the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road＂ are the two economic belts running across the Eurasian continent, linking 65 counlries and regions, including 4 countries in East Asia, 11 in South East Asia, 8 in South Asia, 16 in West Asia and NorthAfi＇ica, other countries in the Commonwealth of the Independent States, 16 in Middle- Eastem Europe, and 5 in Middle Asia.
