一、中国反恐立法的体系化梳理与解读
随着恐怖主义逐渐成为全球性的世界难题，中国开始面临全面的恐怖主义犯罪活动威胁，北京＂金水桥恐怖袭击案＂、昆明火车站恐怖袭击案、广州火车站恐怖袭击案不断挑战国民神经、为回应恐怖主义犯罪的动态发展，我国立法不断地进行自我调整和完善，中国反恐罪名体系也持续细腻化、精致化,并日益呈现出中国特色。
