摘要
2016年初，由法制日报社指导，旗下中国公司法务研究院、法人杂志、法治周末报社联合中国青年报社法治社会部、舆情监测室推出的《2015中国企业家犯罪（媒体样体）研究报告》（下称《报告》）将对外发布。今年的企业家犯罪形式依旧不容乐观，截至目前，《报告》已搜集600余起案例。
A few days into the beginning of 2016, the Report （Media Version） on Chinese Criminal Entrepreneurs of 2015 （hereinafter referred to as Report） was released under the auspices of the Legal Daily, by China Institute of Corporate Legal Affairs, Faren Magazine and Legal Weekly, together with the Department of Law and the Society and the Office of Public Opinion Monitoring underthe China Youth Daily.
