职技高师大学生创新创业教育现状分析与对策

An Analysis on Current Status of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Students in Vocational Teachers' Colleges

随着社会经济的发展和大学生就业竞争压力的增加,大力开展创新创业教育已经成为大学生自身发展的迫切需要,成为提高大学生就业率的重要途径,成为社会经济对高等教育的必然要求。本文通过对职技高师大学生创新创业教育现状的调研,分析存在的问题和原因,提出了从转变教育理念、深化教育体系改革、发挥政府保障职能、构建社会支持体系方面入手,加快推进职技高师大学生创新创业教育进一步发展。

The innovation and entrepreneurship education is already an urgent need by college students for their personal growth along with the development of social economy and the increasingly competitive job market. It is an important means to raise the employment rate of university students,and thus a necessary requirement on higher education by the whole society.The paper made an analysis over the problems and possible causes in current innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational teachers＇ colleges,and proposed that a further development of the education should be achieved by transforming educational philosophy,deepening educational system reform,bringing government supports into play and establishing a social assisting system.
