摘要
课程设计使用通俗易懂的方式、生动有趣的方法,环环相扣,使学生在活动中激发心理冲突,获得真实的心理体验,掌握实用的心理知识和心理调节技术,实现"助人自助",促进心理健康的发展与心理品质的提升。
An experiencing course design is introduced in the paper which is able to trigger metal conflicts in learning activities with accessible methods,interesting means and closely-linked teaching steps to help the students to obtain real- life mental experiences and acquire practical psychological knowledge and mental adjusting techniques for their development on mental health and improvement of mental sustainability.
