1.6%盐水加甲硝唑坐浴治疗急性白血病肛周感染的效果观察及护理

Effect of sitz bath with 1.6% brine solution and metronidazole on perianal infections in acute leukemia patients

目的探讨1.6%盐水加甲硝唑坐浴对急性白血病合并肛周感染的治疗效果,并总结护理要点。方法 2010年6月~2014年12月对本科室收治的76例急性白血病合并肛周感染患者,按随机数字表法随机将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各38例。两组患者在采用抗菌素治疗基础上配合坐浴治疗,对照组患者应用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,每天早晚各1次,每次时间20 min;观察组患者应用1.6%盐水加0.1%甲硝唑溶液坐浴治疗,每天3次,早晚各1次,大便后加强1次。比较治疗7 d后两组患者肛周感染治疗效果。结果两组患者疗效比较,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组。结论急性白血病合并肛周感染患者应用1.6%盐水加甲硝唑溶液坐浴治疗效果明显优于应用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,其是一种经济便捷、安全有效的治疗急性白血病合并肛周感染方法,患者乐于接受,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of sitz bath with 1.6% concentrated brine solution and metronidazole on perianal infection in acute leukemia patients. Methods Seventy-six acute leukemia patients admitted from June 2010 to December 2014 with perianal infections were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group in equal number. The two groups were given routine nursing care and symptomatic supportive treatment. Apart from the basic nursing, the control group was treated with sitz bath with 10 min 1 ∶ 5000 potassium permanganate. The observation group was treated with sitz bath with 1.6% brine solution and0.1% metronidazole two times every day and another one if defecation was done. The perianal infections of two groups were compared in 7days. Result The total effectiveness in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions Sits bath with 1.6% brine solution and metronidazole two times a day is more effective than with 1 ∶ 5000 potassium permanganate. It is economic and convenient, safe and effective for the treatment of perianal infections and therefore worth popularizing in clinical application.
