摘要
采用再结晶区轧制+未再结晶区轧制+两相区轧制三阶段控制轧制工艺的方法,研究在(α+γ)两相区范围内,两相区不同变形率对Q345C低合金高强度钢组织性能的影响规律。同时比较了三阶段控制轧制工艺与常规TMCP控轧控冷工艺轧后钢板的性能,分析了两相区轧制工艺对钢板组织性能的影响。
The influence of different deformation rate on Microstructure and mechanical properties of Q345 C low alloy high strength steel is studied by using the three stage( recrystallization range rolling + unrecrystallization range rolling +two phase region rolling) controlled rolling process,in which the Ar1- Ar3 temperature range. Meanwhile,the influence of rolling process on the microstructure and properties of the steel sheet is analyzed by comparing the performance of the IC +TMCP controlled rolling process.
