低成本厚规格耐候钢Q355NHD的生产实践 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了厚规格耐候钢Q355NHD的生产工艺,成分体系上采用提碳去铌代替常规的低碳加铌成分体系,生产工艺上采用了合适的冶炼和轧制工艺,生产的产品性能优异。试验结果表明:Q355NHD组织为典型的F+P,晶粒度在9级左右;屈服强度在370 MPa以上,抗拉强度在540 MPa以上,伸长在26%以上;-20℃冲击功在170 J以上,整体工艺力学性能良好,完全满足产品技术要求。通过成本核算,低成本成分体系相对传统低碳加铌成分体系耐候钢成本降低约40元/t,说明该产品具有较低的成本优势。 This paper introduced the heavy weather resistant steel Q355 NHD production process with low- cost composition system instead of low carbon and niobium,the slab quality was well by adopting proper smelting and rolling technology. The test results show that,organization were typical Ferrite and pearlite,grain size about 9 magnitude; yield strength was more than 370 MPa; tensile strength was more than 540 MPa,elongation was more than 26%;- 20 ℃ impact energy was more than 170 J,mechanical performance was good,completely met the requirements of product standards. Through the cost accounting,the cost was lower 40 yuan / t than low carbon and niobium composition system,so that the product has lower cost advantage.
