摘要
针对LF精炼炉电极折断的主要原因进行调查,调查结果表明工艺操作时电极功率增加超出额定功率;电极的本身质量;LF炉设备本身存在的缺陷;该厂的工艺操作及不规范的接电极方式;是导致电机断裂的主要原因。针对以上原因,通过提高电极的质量、优化操作、消除设备对电极的影响等一系列措施减少电极折断频率。
The main reason of LF refining furnace electrode break off is investigated. The result shows that electrode power increases beyond the rated power during operation,the quality of the electrode has problem,LF furnace equipment itself has defects. In addition,the operation and nonstandard electrode mode are the major cause of motor fault. In view of the reasons mentioned above,a series of measures such as raising the quality of the electrode,optimizing the operation and eliminating the influence of equipment on the electrode are adopted to reduce the electrode break frequency.
