摘要
邯钢西区1#高炉通过严抓原燃料管理,引入原料成本核算最优化指导高炉炉料结构调整,优化操作参数,实行低硅冶炼,高烟煤喷吹,焦丁全部入炉等一系列措施,结合全方位的成本控制,达到了长期低成本运行的目标,取得了良好的经济效益。
Series of measures such as strict management of raw materials,structural adjustment of the blast furnace guided by raw material cost accounting optimization,optimizing the operation parameters,the implementation of low silicon smelting,high pulverized coal injection,all the coke into the furnace are carried on combined with full range of cost control on the No. 1 BF of West Handan Iron and Steel. Therefore,the long period of low cost operation and good economic benefits are achieved.
