从博弈论视角观察网络医疗健康资源的使用对医患关系的影响

The Impact of The Use of Online Health Resources on The Doctor-Patient Relationship

目的获知公众对网络医疗健康资源的了解和使用现状,并根据个体在院内的实际就诊体验情况,探索网络医疗健康资源的使用对医患关系的影响。方法在电子问卷平台上完成问卷的制作后以电子链接的形式扩散,对网民进行随机调查,根据其反馈中受访者有无使用互联网获取医疗健康资源的习惯将其分为研究组与常规组,比较两组网民线下就诊的体验差异。采用t检验评估网络医疗健康资源的使用对医患关系的影响。结果回收有效电子问卷1232份。近半数的受访者有使用互联网获取医疗健康资源的经历(49.6%);常规组对院内实际就诊体验情况的整体得分为(3.11±1.18);研究组为(3.54±1.11),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论网络医疗健康资源的使用是消除医患间信息不对称的重要途径,对提高医患关系的质量有一定的促进作用,而效果关键在于患者对资源的理解和运用程度,以及在医患互动过程中医务人员发挥的引导作用。

Objective To know the status and recognition of the online health resources by the public, and explore the impact of the use of online health resources on the doctor-patient relationship based on the experience of individuals＇ diagnosis and treatment in reality. Methods After finishing making the E-questionnaire on the web, spread it by hyperlink to research the netizens randomly; The testees are divided into two groups, i.e. the research group and the normal group, according to whether they use the online health resources or not, and compare both on the diversity of the experience of the diagnosis and treatment offline. Estimate the impact of the use of online health resources on the doctor-patient relationship with t-test. Results The effective questionnaires sum into 1232. Nearly half used to search the online health information（49.6%）.The normal group scores（3.11±1.18） on average, while the research group scoring（3.54±1.11）. there is statistically significant difference in the results. Conclusion The Use of Online Health Resources on The Doctor-Patient Relationship is an essential way to ease the information asymmetry, and contributes to improve the quality of the relationship somehow. The effect lies on the understanding and management of the resources and the guidance by the doctors in the process of the mutual interaction.
